Design Development & Support.
The fast-paced nature of tenders demands tight deadlines and a flexible design process that evolves alongside the visuals. Our team — originally trained as architects and interior designers — brings over a decade of experience navigating the unexpected and last-minute challenges typical of travel retail duty-free tenders.
As an additional service, we offer full design development guided by client moodboards, translating sketches and Pinterest boards into fully rationalised spaces. This package includes a dedicated project manager overseeing the project timeline, direct messaging support throughout the development process, and a dedicated Miro board for real-time feedback and seamless integration.
4K CGIs.
Together with 3D Animation, CGIs are at the core of our offer. Structured in packages of 10, 20, or 40 deliverables with complimentary Axos, the package is tailored to the scale of the project and the client's needs. We have successfully delivered up to 50 CGI visuals for a 4,000 sqm scheme within just one month. While our images consistently meet the highest standards of photorealism and detail, we understand that our role goes far beyond creating beautiful visuals — we make impossible deadlines possible and help win tenders.
Walkthrough Animation.
Built around the project scheme, we offer walkthrough 3D animations featuring integrated digital screens and 3D people for a fully immersive experience.
Alternatively, we can enhance the animations with composited live-action footage over CGI, using greenscreen capabilities. Animations are available either as white-label or fully branded content, complete with cinematic editing and sound design.
Standard delivery is in Full HD at 24FPS, upscaled to 4K.
Cinemagraphs.
Cinemagraphs offer a cost-effective alternative to full 3D animations. Based on a high-quality still render, we composite 2D animated elements and figures to introduce subtle motion and bring the scene to life. This technique creates dynamic, visually engaging content with a fraction of the production time and cost of full animation — making it ideal for quick-turnaround presentations, tender submissions, or social media campaigns where impact and efficiency are key.
Virtual Tours. Web & Headset.
Built around the project scheme, we create fully navigable 360° experiences, allowing users to explore the space and interact with key points of interest directly from their browser. This white-label web app can be fully customised and branded to align with the project identity, offering seamless integration of axonometric views, CGI visuals, and animations within a single, unified platform — providing a comprehensive and impactful way to present the project and captivate stakeholders.
For an even deeper level of engagement, the same experience can be adapted into a stereoscopic format and deployed on VR headsets such as Oculus Quest, delivering a fully immersive, true-to-scale walkthrough of the environment.
Real-time & VR.
The Real-Time Solution represents a no-compromise approach to project presentation, offering full immersion combined with dynamic, user-driven interactivity. By porting the project into a video game engine environment, we enable users to freely walk through and explore the space with complete freedom.
Beyond simple navigation, we can configure interactive elements within the environment, allowing users to switch materials, lighting conditions, layouts, or digital content at the click of a button. This creates a powerful, customizable experience that enhances decision-making and engagement.
The final experience is optimised for deployment on Apple Vision Pro.
